Core Process: “Techvis” selection process of finding a best person has come under our Placement consultancy services. Our entire placement team has worked under that to selection of a good qualified person as per the requirement of our client. This process is going through a various process i.e. (Bio Data Screening, Checking his previous record in company, Education qualification, and age, and experience, physical fitness etc) before the recruitment. After that training team will provided some training tips to the employee’s for understanding and facing of current job challenges and organization environments.
